Quality small electric grill
Why did you pick this product vs others?:This grill is very well-made. It’s sturdy and substantial for a small grill. It’s easy to assemble. The first burgers we grilled turned out great and were very easy to cook. Works well on our condo lanai where we can’t have charcoal or propane. Highly recommend. Worth the price for sure.

Super pleased w/this BBQ grill!
Wonderful BBQ grill for condo or apartment balconies/patios! And pretty easy to assemble! We just got this grill last week and so far we’re very pleased! We grilled some filet mignon steaks on it and they were delicious and grilled perfectly! I highly recommend this grill!

Nice for 2 people
I decided to go with an electric grill as I'm sick of propane tanks and propane or charcoal grills. Their too much of a hassle for myself any longer. This grill is cute but FYI is rather short, and I'm short. It is rather a pain to put all the small parts together but nothing mind bending. All the wing nuts/washers and bolts were already in place for each piece so I didn't have to sort through a bag of parts. They even give you a few extras in a separate bag. I did as instructed and ran it on high for a bit to get whatever film or coating burned off...P U! That smelled fairly toxic so run away. I have mine out in my sunroom that consists of a bunch of sliding vinyl windows with screens, so I have cross ventilation to use this grill semi indoors. I'm in FL so I don't want this getting funky due to the humidity outside. I don't feel like buying a cover either. So, I did lay down some heavy duty foil over the very bottom of grill. Not sure I'll keep doing that as I do have a small steamer that really melts any grease residue off easily. Also (and I'm not advising it in any way shape or form) but I didn't attach the heating element to the body with the bolts. Its snug and will not move. This way I can pop it off when things cool down to clean the heat reflector plate, etc. Then just pop it back in/on.I also have an adj cast iron expandable grate I set on top of the actual cooking grill (it just barely fit). That way my food isn't too close to the heating element to possibly burn. I also plan to get https://www.amazon.com/dp/B01LZI4IA3/?coliid=I2UJSEI1IRHQIZ&colid=2X0LH7VPHOCVU&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it and either hang it in from the top vent holes or drill the correct size hole in the grill dome and screw it in place. I want to know what temp is going on inside. It's not all that expensive and I'm a handy type person.Well for the lower end price (got it on sale) and not having to buy propane any longer I hope this works out as I have no idea on the longevity. I only grill occasionally but if the heating element ever burns out you can hopefully get a replacement, I'll have to look into that. I might use this more for slow roasting once I get a thermometer installed and see if this can keep an even temp. Any severe issues: I normally come back and edit my review. Thanks for reading, hope this helped.

Much Assembly
It's not very tall and the element below the grill screen is fixed so it cannot be removed for cleaning without taking out the butterfly bolts better permanently holding in the electrical inlet. The grease trap is very tiny and doesn't allow much grease at all without pouring over and making a huge mess by dripping down the column and making a huge mess on the base. Then it takes hot water and liquid done to get that all cleaned up. So if you're planning on grilling more than two or three pieces of meat be ready for a huge mess that's hard to clean up. If you turn the heat up on high after you're finished grilling and leave the lid shut then the grill itself is easy to clean with a grill brush. However underneath that catches the excess from the drip edge of the meat built up. After grilling two or three times you will need to clean that plate that allows grease to drip through the bottom. However it's not removable without taking out the whole element which would take a disassembly And reassembly. I think it was very poor design. The element itself in regard to temperature control is fine. The price is probably twice as much as you should pay for something that complex to put together and design poorly. I paid over $200 for this grill. Had I known it was so short and had I known the assembly was so difficult and had I known the drainage is horrible and the grease trap is tiny and the cleanup is difficult then I would not have purchased it. I would have gone to one of the brick and mortar stores or ordered on Amazon a tabletop smokeless grill like I had previously. I liked it much better and it was very easy to clean and it was smokeless too. I think I only paid $45 or $50 for it both times. So I do not recommend this one you're better off getting a table top one and just plugging it in outside because you have to plug this in anyway. And you'll save a lot of money. it's a total rip off. This unit shouldn't cost more than maybe $75 at the very most.
