Best price per serving/amount of protein in a cereal with low sugar you will find. I’ve done my research and couldn’t find any that come close to the amount of protein this has, low sugar, and amount of servings you get.I’ve seen this product get as low as $13 but I usually get it for $16/$17 price fluctuates but is always far better than I can find at a store.Anyways the taste is really good for having 20g protein and low sugar, I mix it with lactose free milk and sometimes add 1/2 cup of corn or rice Chex cereal to add a bit more carbs. It is a low FODMAP food surprisingly even if the first ingredient is wheat gluten (I researched and it’s not as bad as wheat flour or other parts of wheat for your gut)I do recommend it to be soaked for a couple minutes before eating to soften the cereal as it is very crunchy, but if you like it that way then go for it. The milk also helps add sweetness to the cereal and an added banana pairs great with it.

Update:I didn't want to think it would, but sorry to say, this cereal did made me sick. Prob nothing to do with the cereal, but my stomach just couldn't take it.----I've been texture and crunch deprived for about 6 years now. I have gastroparesis. GPers can't have high fiber or high fat food.These days, Keto diets have taken the lead and left us in the dust. All that's left is rice crispies and other high sugar kids cereals. I have Sjogrens, so I need minimal to no sugar to preserve my teeth.Although this cereal isn't sugar free, it's much, much lower than most non-keto cereals. I just wish all cereal makers would leave the sugar off it all together and let us use the sweeteners we prefer on our own.Many of the reviewers commented that this cereal is too crunchy. I love that it doesn't get soggy in milk. But then I also love it dry like popcorn. The almonds are nice but I would prefer it without because of my limitations. That said, I can pick most of them out and toss them into my husband's mouth. No waste. He can eat ANYTHING. Thank you Premier Protein, for your shakes and this yummy cereal.

Just a heads up, the cereal doesn't taste/look like what you may expect. It's less airy and looks a big cardboard-y, but the taste is decent with milk and the protein boost is definitely worth it if you struggle with protein intake in the AM

First of all the positives for this cereal are that it is vegan, and is a decent amount of protein when you are looking to get more into your diet. Now the negatives, this cereal is very bland. Along with that, that distinctive Stevia aftertaste doesn't even sneak in, it is there! Granted if you do not mind Stevia, or even like it, you will probably be okay with this cereal. I dislike Stevia in anything, and everything. I find it has a weird taste effect that just ruins what it is in. This all said, I will use the rest of it as it is not cheap for the small box. I do like the other flavor much better though maybe because of the fruity cereal pieces though I wish there were more of that in there.

The cereal boxes themselves were perfect. no defects and sealed. Clearly a manufacturing defect of the cereal bags. There is no way to get a refund or replacement here on Amazon. You are directed to Premier website where I sent an email. I han a No Reply email sent with a phone number. Premier then gave a phone number to call Post. Post WILL NOT REPLACE THE ITEMS. They offered a maximum of $25 check to be mailed. My order was close to $50. so.... half.

If you are diabetic & watching your carbs, one cup of this cereal has only 14 carbs. It stays crunchy longer in milk and is, of course, chocolate flavor!

This is one of my best protein cereal!Macro is good and I like that it contains lots of protein.Only one cons is that it's too crispy, but when you soak it to milk for a long time, it's soft and good!I love it!
