This is such a good addition to my diet as I have got issues and I was told that I need to have a more alkaline heavy diet and it’s not easy to get a very high alkaline diet on a daily basis so I have been having this every day, and I am definitely noticing a difference in my energy and I don’t have headaches anymore so I will definitely recommend this

I don’t know what is it about these tablets, but every time I drink it I don’t feel good afterwards, maybe I have some allergy or intolerance for one of the ingredients? I do drink other greens from different brand and I feel good. I also drink collagen tablets from this brand, and I love those!
