Russell Stover Sugar Free Peppermint Hard Candies, 12 oz. Bag

I've been looking for a sugar-free peppermint hard candy that is sweetened with Stevia. This ain't it. But Xylitol is my second choice. That's what Maltitol syrup is. My second criteria was pure peppermint oil.The ingredients in these peppermints are simply "Maltitol syrup, natural peppermint oil..." and two different food colorings. This satisfies both my diabetic needs as well as the Mediterranean way of eating -- no preservatives or ingredients that you can't pronounce.Last month (Dec.2019) I was diagnosed as being diabetic and was 30 pounds over weight. Immediately my wife and I made a huge change to our diet (to the Mediterranean Way of Eating) and began a regular exercise regimen. In just one month I've lost 10 pounds and am seeing a steady decline.Snacks were my downfall. Never again. If "sugar" is in the ingredients I walk away. All this to say that Russell Stover's Sugar Free Peppermint Hard Candies are exactly what I need to satisfy my snack cravings.If anyone knows of a stevia sweetened peppermint hard candy please let me know! For now, Russell Stover's is fine.

Candy was very sticky and seemed to be old. The flavor was wonderful however, much better than other sugar-free peppermint I have bought, so I will try it again.

The candy arrived on time. I had difficulty getting the wrapper off as they were completely stuck. The flavor was awful and bitter and totally outdated as well.I would have sent them back immediately, but they have no return policy - very slick of the seller. I'm very disappointed in the quality of the candies and would never, ever order from them again. Buyer BEWARE. Thank you.

Very good

Like no fake ingredients. That said they are very soluble. Will get sticky in your pocket. I have diverticulitis and great for my stomach.
