I started with just the carafe. It looks good and keeps the tea hot when traveling. As someone with arthritic hands, the carafe is well balanced and a lot easier to hold open when pouring than those with the normal lid design. I was so impressed I bought a matching mug. This too performs well and is a nice, well balanced shape and size. Lids to both the carafe and mugs can be taken apart for washing which is a big plus as most can’t. If you don’t need the travel lid, the mug edges are nicely rounded for drinking without the lids and the liquid will maintain the temperature better than a regular mug. Liked these so much bought three more in different colors for when we have guests.

I had ordered a large carafe for an event and just needed something to hold hot liquid for a couple of hours. I was surprised at how well this works- works as advertised, functions beautifully, the dispenser mechanism worked without a hitch. High score for how well it pours. I think my favorite part is how easy it was to open and close the lid, those press buttons on the side work great! Temperature of liquid stayed hot for several hours, I have gone for 10+ hours with no change. Size holds 8 cups which goes for 10-13 cups of regular coffee cups. Best value for price -I wish it came in more sizes - I need something that works this well for a smaller 27 or 36 oz size. Did I mention how beautiful that color is - stole the show at our event!!

I use this Stainless Steel Thermal Coffee Carafe every single day, and it’s a total lifesaver for my tea and other hot beverages. After I heat water in my tea kettle, I pour it into this carafe, and it stays very hot all day long. Despite what I'm about to say, we actually do like this caref, it has a great design, looks good on our counter, does what we need it to do (for the most part) and seems like it will last us for a couple of years.However, it is annoying that you have to tilt it really far to get your coffee. I still get psyched out that the coffee is all gone before it hits that sweet spot angle (which is practically 90degrees over your cup) and starts pouring the coffee. Also it does not keep it hot for nearly 12 hours. My husband wakes up and makes coffee around 4:45-5am and by the time I get up to have coffee around 6:45-7 the coffee is warm, but not hot at all. If I have coffee later in the morning, like 9-10 am its still warm-ish but I have to microwave it or it cools down way too quickly in the mug . So don't expect your coffee to be nice and hot for more than an hour or two in this caref, but it will stay warmish for a good while.

Made a pot at 1pm and by midnight it was still hot with steam. Works perfectly for what we needed it for.

This is a more generous size than most carafes, so it will serve a table full of guests without having to return to the kitchen. It's function is flawless with an easy pop on lid and push button dispenser spout. NO DRIPS! Kept our coffee hot at the table for 3 hours, I tested it the night before and overnight it was still very warm water 10 hours later. Plus the gorgeous accent colors means you can choose one to customize with your table settings! I choose White w/ the gold accents and received a huge amount of compliments. Seems sturdy and very easy to clean.

It's a very nice pot, it holds quite a bit, but does not keep the coffee hot very long. I like the fact that it has silicone instead of plastic. It seems very well made. It does not leak and performs well.However, the insulation wall could be better.

This carafe looks amazing and works perfectly. Great for entertaining and pleasing to the eye on your table.
