Q: How is this for cutting straight line? Does it wonder or easy to control?

It cuts perfectly but it is difficult to cut a perfectly straight line in r-panel. I used a guide or templete when ever possible. I love this tool

Thing is excellent. For duct work cutting. Need to clean up punched metal. Best predrill hole to fit cutter thru. Mostly straigt cuts. Super fast. Easy and fun

I disagree it doesn't turn easily at all. If u try u have a greater chance of breaking the nose

Q: How does this unit differ from makita's djn161z cordless nibbler offered elsewhere on the internet?

It's the exact same nibbler, made in Japan and cuts up to 16 gauge. I bought one of these in Thailand for $220 including shipping, from Lazada, the Thai equivalent of Amazon!
