Q: How to install this tape? It has no glue.

Use single or double sided tape to attach to surface.

Q: Can you get this in 5” or wider rolls? Everywhere I look the only wide products like this have adhesive on one side

Not that I am aware of but If you’re using this strictly to avoid dealing with bird problems I can’t see any advantage by having a wider ribbon. The 2” worked beyond my expectations.

Q: Was going to use this tape to make reflective "wings" on a fishing lures, will this work?

a roll would make a LOT of reflective wings. The ribbon would be strong enough; just not sure what type of glue would be used on the ribbon that would hold up in the water. Actually, I just don't know.

Q: Is this tape effective to keep large number of geese off lake property

I seriously doubt it, it doesn't do much for small birds, they actually made a nest right next to the tape. Its a complete waste of money in my opinion.
