Perfect for Home Gym
It’s a little sketchy when you put more than 50 pounds on it, but it works great. Perfect addition to our home gym.

For the most part, really good
I attach the pulleys to sturdy eye bolts on my squat rack, high and low. Works for a lot more than what I need, but who knows if I may want to change things up in the future. One of the pulleys has a nut/bolt that was overly tightened, so it won't rotate through full 360 degrees easily, but not serious. Apart from that, I like the quality.

Not bad but not great.
I used this pulley system almost daily for a few months and it is not bad, but it's also not great. The lat pull down bar is not as wide as I would have liked, but it came with one, so that's a plus. The handles and rope it comes with are great. The ankle straps were useless after a month because the Velcro no longer works. The support straps didn't hold up. The metal part bent almost instantly. They are no longer usable. The pulleys and cables have been solid so far. Both pulleys are identical. Whereas two of the cables are the same length (two shorter ones) and one is longer. The loading pin is solid as well.My setup goes like this - I have two eye bolt screws in my basement joists about 38" apart. I have another eye bolt at the bottom of my vertical column (that holds my house up). Each of those eye bolts has a clip for the pulleys. The pulleys in the joists I use for pull downs and pushdowns. I then move one pulley (the one furthest away) to my vertical column setup. This turns into my low pulley system for rows and extensions.Additional items I recommend getting for your system: extra clips (I have a total of 15) and chains (I have two that are about 16"). And of course the eye bolt and screws.Be patient. It took me a while to figure out where I should place everything. Once you figure it out, it will allow you to do a lot more than what dumbbells and barbells can offer.
