Magnesium capsules are easy to swallow, they do not have a bad taste like some capsules do, these have helped with my leg cramps and do not cause GI issues like some magnesium pills do. Will continue to use.

Bought for leg cramps,etc. Haven't used every day so not sure the rating is fair. Haven't had leg cramps per say but am dealing with Sciatica at present with cramp like feeling in left leg and it doesn't seem to help with that. Do like the fact that you are a family firm and very interested in your products .Will give it a few more try's. Take it in daytime.
