When my favorite low-carb/low-calorie hot chocolate (Nomu Skinny) went unobtanium in the middle of winter, I went on a search to find a suitable replacement. All the ones I tried tasted awful until I tried "Gosh That's Good". It's flavor is a little different than the Nomu I was used to, but it's at least as good.Another big plus for this product is that it's quite a bit cheaper on a per-cup basis than most of these low-carb/low-calorie hot chocolate mixes.I find their recommended amount to be a bit rich for my taste. I use a rounded teaspoon per cup (same as I did for the Nomu) and it's about right.I mix it with Silk brand unsweetened cashew milk that I get at Walmart. It's extra creamy and makes a delicious hot chocolate. Highly recommended. The wife uses it for the cream in her coffee too.One minor gripe I have is that this mix clumps like crazy and it takes extra effort to get it to mix thoroughly. Every single low-carb/low-calorie hot chocolate mix I've tried does this, so this is not a unique problem.My solution is to put about an inch of the cashew milk into a cup, microwave it to a boil, then toss in a rounded teaspoon of the mix and stir it vigorously. Next I spend a minute or so smashing the clumps against the inside wall of the cup, scraping them off, and stirring more to work out the clumps. When all the clumps are gone, I fill the cup all the way with more cashew milk, stir, and microwave it until hot. It's more trouble than I'd like it to be, but it's not that bad, and the end result is clump-free and delicious.Another minor gripe is the packaging is not easy to scoop from and also not resealable. So I dump it into a former Folger's plastic can that has a plastic removable top. I also keep it in the fridge to keep it fresh. Works for me, but it'd sure be better if it came already packaged that way.Neither of these gripes are big enough for me to subtract a star. I'm thrilled to finally find something comparable to the no-longer-available Nomu Skinny Hot Chocolate.

I have tried the vanilla bean, the white velvet chocolate and the chocolate. Mixed with almond milk and ice in a blender. The chocolate is harder to mix but all three have great taste.

I had high hopes for this product, as I make espresso drinks at home but need to control the sugar with mochas. This really has a typical aftertaste from the sugar substitute which is disappointing considering how many really good sugar substitutes are on the market.

I love GOSH, THAT'S GOOD! Sugar-free coffee creamers, and this one's my favorite.After reading the purpose of the company, I can agree. There is a vast shortage of sugar-free creamers available in the market. The liquid creamers available have a lot of carbs, so I stay clear of those. I was happy to find this brand.This flavor is super rich! It's perfect for pairing with a toffee or peanut butter syrup in your coffee.My only complaint with this product is I wasn't prepared to store it after I opened the package. The bag has no zip closure. So now I have to find canisters. But that's a minor problem.The product was delivered fast, intact, and the package is very strong and durable.

I am a hot chocolate snob! I am so impressed with this product! Great quality and taste!The size of the bag is generous and it is easy to use in a hot chocolate maker or on the stove. The calorie content is much more favorable than other types and products. Good ingredients and lasts a long time on the shelf. My winter is not complete without this hot chocolate!

Seems fine when you first mix it, but if you don't drink it very fast the chocolate all settles to the bottom of the cup. Flavor is good but the texture is very slimy after it sits for a bit.
