Really no smell. Kind of a fresh smell

Q: What is the difference between dermend fragile skin molsturizing formula and dermend moisturizing bruise formuls cream ?

I have not used the bruise cream, but the fragile skin formula is for very dry thin skin. I use another bruise cream and applied to bruises it helps to fade them more quickly, which is what the above bruise cream would do.

Q: Can this be applied to the face? Is it Steroid Free?

I would assume you can since it doesn’t indicate otherwise. I am using on my legs because of eczema. It doesn’t say steroid free but I didn’t see any listed on ingredients.
