Where can i buy a non-pressurised filter basket of 54mm for this machine ?

Do we have to manually switch off when coffee is done

As far as i have seen and used, the machine automatically switches off after sometime, approx 5 to 10 minutes maybe.

In the video the expresso is coming out clearly, in mine it is drop by drop coming. Temperature also don't go to the point where it it is show as cup.

90° brew temperature, it won't go until there. I too thought it's a defect but that's just fine. Take the porta filter fill it properly as per single or double espresso requirement and push the coffee with the provided black spoon rear end and compress it fully. Then fix it for a smooth flow and wash the filter after every use. It will be just fine. Also flush it with hot water before placing the filter for brewing. Finally if still this persists contact service guys
