Excellent--except for the shredding
I have used this product for a number of years as it is my favorite floss and I go through about one a month. Last summer I bought a multi-pack and have had a shredding problem with several of these. The floss shreds and gets tangled up inside the container. This is frustrating as well as wasteful as I end up having to throw away about 2 yards out of every pack. I still prefer this floss; but if you are interested in the cost per unit, you should probably subtract 2 yards and then calculate the cost yourself.

Doesn’t function as advertised.
The floss often dislodges from the “spool” and then will not dispense the floss. It’s quite irritating. I’m on the verge of trying a different brand. It’s just too difficult trying to fix the problem when it occur all too frequently.
