I'm guessing most people here are here because of Zenni Optical? :P Here's how to measure your PD: (1.) Place the 0 line over the center of your pupil in your right eye. Move the center piece to the middle of the bridge of your nose. Write down the number (in the picture, it's 2.8). (2.) Move the left piece so the line is in the center of your left pupil. Subtract that number from the middle number (in the picture, that's 5.7, so it'd be 5.7 minus 2.8, which is 2.9) (3.) multiply both numbers by 10. In the pictured example, your right PD is 2.8 * 10, or 28. Your left PD is 2.9 * 10, or 29.

No it's not. I don't know how to use it myself. I am going to order one that I can understand. Don't get this one.
