This is my 1st trimmer in my life1st experience excellent, great packaging,It has great power, works smoothly, doesn't heatit appropriately took 20 minutes for 15 % of charging (with the power adaptor having 5v=1amp capacity)battery decreasing rate is like 2 minutes per percentNo cuts or any issues during shaving, great to buy in this price range (i got it for 999)

Service bahut kharab hai, agar trimmer kharab ho gya toh payment karne par b part nahi milega, trying to purchase blade for V- 937 but showing out of stock from last one month. Only one good thing is bettery backup, extremely good.

The product arrived right on time, which I really appreciated. It was well-packaged and matched the description perfectly—no surprises. Everything worked as expected, and the quality was just as promised. Very satisfied with this purchase!

It is smaller than the size i was expecting. The guide combs are thin and delicate. I am not satisfied with quality of the guide combs. If you are using it for communal use or salon use, frequent attaching and detaching or comb can make the guide comb loose fitting. I know this from expeiriecne with other trimmers because of frequent borrowers. The guide combs should be thicker and not delicate.The trimmer comes with a long 59 cm or almost 5 feet usb type C charging cable. I am using the cable to charge my wipro lantern also, which has short charging cable, and also to my mobile. But the the cable doesn't work for data transfer between mobile and computer.When i turn on the trimmer, it shows OIL sign on the trimmer, which means it needs oiling. I put a few drops of oil from the supplied oil vial. But it continues to show OIL symbol on the trimmer.Important to note; User manual says this is not water proof trimmer. Never wash it under water.There is no charging adapter. You can use mobile charging adapter.Pros:--> Battery level percentage LED. I selected the trimmer because of this feature. Else, there is a cheapter VGR trimmer with battery status symbol but no percentage indicator.---> Long usb type c cable.Cons:-->Thin and delicate guide combs.Only 3 Comb guides. Most hair trimmers have 4 comb guides. Comb guides attachments are of short length. Lengths are 1.5 mm, 3mm, 4.5 mm.I use 3mm most. But I also need 6mm sometimes, but it is not available with this trimmer. I missed checking this when ordering.Most other trimmers have 3mm,6mm, 9mm and 12 mm.
