The packets arrived in a sealed package to keep them fresh )no air exposure) and they all appeared to be in good condition. Not much to go wrong that can be discovered prior to years after put into use.

I like these smaller ones for small jars I vacuum seal. The package comes in separated packets of 5-10 so when I open one it doesn't waste a bunch of I can't use them all.

Item really does work and don’t keep them open you will loose them all. Small pack them so you don’t expose them all at once. I bought the wrong item I needed moisture control not air. But I did try these and they work just like the vacuum sealer but for jars and Mylar bags. Depends on the strength you get though
