What type of plastic is this made of

I am unsure of what kind it is exactly but it is very tough, not very flexible, and sturdy plastic. It is flexible enough for it to move when the dogs get into the dog house but it won’t flap if there’s a draft. Hope that helps.

Are all your flaps taller than they are wide?

Yes the flaps are all the same width, 4 inches. There are three flaps and the outside edges fit the opening perfectly

Could a full grown St. Bernard fit through this?

I would say if your dog fits in the opening of the dog house and the plastic door fits over the opening, then yes. Our overweight, very large lab fits through ours, but being in there makes him too nervous to stay. The trick is more about getting them used to it than getting them through it, in my opinion.
