When I know Ill be experiencing increased stress I take a few of these in the morning. There do not seem to be any side effects from forgetting to take them on other days. I was feeling so groggy tired all the time did not want to get out of bed. I’ve been taking this for a month now. I just ordered my second bottle and I feel like it helped me a lot. I have more energy. I’m not like falling asleep at work and I feel like I have more energy to get out of bed now and do things, but I started taking iron pills along with this so I don’t know if it was a combination of both but I really like this product and like I said I just ordered my second bottle .
