This is made of .18 gauge stainless steel... very heavy duty. Perfect for cooking a small ham or a whole chicken.

I purchased these pans for the Emeril Lagasse French door counter top oven- they slide perfectly in the tracks. They wash up beautifully in the dishwasher or by hand. The quality is solid- they are great pans at a great price.

Quality wise there is no complaint, I was hoping to have a bigger size than what I got, I should have checked the dimensions carefully got tricked into scaled display images. Only complaint is it little bit expensive for the size. It is stainless, light, cleans of easily and is strong. I am loving the product.

The pan warped a little when I used it for something else for a long period of time at higher heat. This is mostly good for making crispy bacon, which is what I bought it for :-)

I have this for a few years now and have used it numerous times. Cleans up well with soap and water, or a steel wool pad for any sticky residue. No plating flake or weld issues on the rack. Minimal warping. Good product.

Great quality and arrived nicely boxed. Strongly recommend for anyone who uses a toaster or convection oven on a regular basis.
