YES! These Are The Ones
The media could not be loaded. YES! These saved my sanity. Our kitchen sits just opposite the family room. We aren’t the family that has a kitchen just for show. No. We USE our kitchen at ALL TIMES! So when we’re watching TV or reading a book: BANG, SLAM, BOMP is going on next room over. I don’t know what people are doing in there, but it required an intervention, and these accomplished the mission. So far, these little dooda’s have reduced the noise level by 98%. AMAZING! I did need to use 2 per door, because there was a slight size difference with the existing hinges. I was hoping to get away with only one, but alas. There was only one disappointing aspect to me (which is also my fault for not reading), and that is there seems to be no way to adjust the speed of closure. However, it doesn’t seem to matter as seen in the attached video. The hinges seem to be of high quality for the price, but I wasn’t expecting the moon.Be careful to measure according to the specifications, that was SUPER important. I followed the instructions for measuring and I had NO issue with compatibility and installation. You can see in the video how well these hinges dampen the close. This is one of our more loud cabinets because of the glass, which rattles a bit when jostled. That can be fixed, but I haven’t got around to that. My big concern was reducing the BANGING sounds, and that has been resolved.

Work great. Huge value.
I just put these in all of my kitchen cabinets. They installed very easily, seem sturdy, and are well-built.Of all the home improvements I’ve done over 50 years, this is one of the best cost+effort to benefit ratio I can remember. For the price of a gallon of good paint, I now won’t have to hear “can you slam the doors a little harder?” from my husband. :)Pros:InexpensiveWell builtEasy to install (all holes lined up, good fortune)Work very wellCons: I can’t really think of any.I’ll update with durability news if there are any issues.

Serviceable budget option for soft close hinge relacements
DecoBasics soft close hinges do what they are supposed to at a budget price. They are not quite as nice as Blum hinges. Blum hinges operate very smoothly, and when I've used them in the past I can get away with using 1 hinge on each cabinet door. DecoBasics operates a little more jerkily - if you slam the cabinet shut or push it fully closed, it rebounds and sort of bounces back open before falling slowly shut. I also found that even on smaller cabinet doors, you must install two hinges or it just doesn't catch a closing door as well, and it might still slam a little bit.I got a 50 pack of DecoBasics hinges for about $75, working out to about $1.50 per piece. Having to use two per cabinet door means each door costs about $3 to convert to soft close using DecoBasics parts. Conversely, Blum hinges are about $35 per 10 (depending on overlay), or about $3.50-$5 each, but you can use one hinge on each door unless you have a massive cabinet opening. Your mileage may vary.Other notes: the three way adjustable settings on these is great, and works well for making cabinet doors line up nicely. They come with screws preinstalled in a plastic plug on the door side of the hinge, which might be great if you are doing a fresh install. If you are retrofitting, you have to unscrew the hardware from every single hinge before you can use it, which doubles the time it takes to install.

This slow-close hinges work as advertised
I first got a four-pack of these slow-close hinges to test them out. Now all my kitchen cabinets have them. They work great, and the swap-out was easy.

2 Year Review - Must buy. One of better bang for buck upgrades I've ever done.
I bought these January of 2023 and fit on all kitchen doors - it is now January 2025, I am once again updating kitchen (this time the countertop) and was reminded that these hinges have been awesome. At first I suspected they would fail, I bought more than I need as spares. I have not replaced one yet in a full house with heavy use. I installed these at my mothers house and she thought I was a sorcerer. Easy to install (install as fast as you are with screwdriver), fit nicely and greatly improve the noise and feel of the kitchen. Two downsides, you do need to dial in the fit if you can't copy it over from the prior hinges accurately and the other downside is they dont hold the doors quite as tight to the faceframe as the stock hinges (appears others have solved this issue). If you are thinking about it, based on the fact I took the time to write this, I say go for a nice inexpensive upgrade. I would add a picture but you've seen a kitchen cabinet and it works so eh .

Slow close cabinets
These cabinet hinges are super easy to install and they work great! With 3 careless kids always slamming my cabinets, these were a no brainer. They look great and the doors now close slowly, but not too slow. I would recommend them to others.

Great product and even better value
I replaced 60 hinges throughout our custom home and these were exact replacements. The quality seems very good for the price. I did not use the included hardware, but rather used the old hardware from the replaced hinges. For smaller or very narrow cabinets, only one soft close hinge is necessary. For larger doors you’ll need both hinges replaced. Adjustment is easy if you take your time and try to understand what each of the three screws will do. It took me a bit to understand but then figured it out.
