blocks wind keeps you dry
Great fit. i usually wear a medium. I opted for the large as I planned on wearing over a few "layers". Great for those 45-60 degree days where you want to block the wind. It is thin and will not provide much warmth on its own but it does what its supposed to do. we had a double header in the heavy mist/light rain and this did great keeping me dry.

Odd sizing
The sizing is weird. The medium (which I normally wear) was way too tight. The large was WAY too big.
