Nope. I just checked it again to make sure. Both the case itself and the tray are perfectly flat. The tray is immobile so it can’t be tilted.

None of those that you mentioned; it has a latch on both ends that smoothly close the top case door, just about seamless. It’s a heavy top door so magnets aren’t needed. It’s a solid case.
