Brilliant customer service, this supposed to be delivered between 10 to 13th but in just one request they delivered this item in just 3 days and the stroller is very classy and easy to assemble.After searching all over amazon I couldn’t find any other strollers that I like better than this one it has a-lot of colour choices and its also very comfortable to the babies as it has a very good functions.Totally value for money🙌🏻👏🏻

Beautiful pram, I love that it will last years and grow with my child. The buckle-in car seat is very convinient. We do not have a car but do still need a car seat for anytime we need to take one somewhere. Because it can be buckled in with any 3 point seatbelt we can easily install it in any vehicle. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the instructions were very vague and getting it put together was a struggle to figure out. Eventually I got it sorted, but it could have been done much faster had the instructions been more clear. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. I can't wait to use it soon when my daughter is born.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This pushchair is not only faulty, but downright dangerous.I contacted the seller immediately to request a refund or at the very least some kind of compensation, but the communication has been absolutely appalling. Delayed responses, vague answers, and in some cases no reply at all. It’s clear they do not care about the danger their product poses.I honestly wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. It’s not just a waste of money, it’s a serious health and safety risk. Putting a baby in this is a disaster waiting to happen. Stay far away from this product and this seller.This is by far the worst product I have ever purchased.
