The first one ordered made great coffee. I returned it and I shouldn’t have. I ordered it back and the second one didnt make A good brew. It was always less than robust. I should have let well enough do.

I bought this urn for work, so we all can have coffee in the mornings. And the last version of this pot lasted us close to 7 years. So this new one has some LARGE shoes to fill. I have a feeling that it will do us very well.

This is a great coffee pot. We use these for large functions and they seem to last along time. The only downside is that you cannot get the replacement parts, like the stem, through amazon. The only replacement was located through an outside source for $7, but the shipping was $21. This is something to considering making available.

I chose this to replace a non-working coffee maker for our small church's social hours. It does a great job, just what we needed. Easy to use, keeps the coffee hot for a long time, and attractive enough to suit our needs.

In less than one year of moderate use, just a couple (2 people) having one cup daily the spigot broke off & there are no replacement parts.It's a shame because otherwise it's a nice item

I bought 2 for a wedding hot chocolate bar. They heated up the hot chocolate very fast, kept it hot, and looked nice on the table. very happy!!

Difficult to get stain out of interior.

best brewer on the market id you ask me and my family, is hard to get the percolator stem thou, so beware don't break it.
