Very tasty,you can mix with fizzy water for a great summer drink or make a mango frappe I'm sure there are lots of ways to use thisIt has sugar and sweetener so a treat.It says for a measure of 0.25 it is 1.8carbohydrate of which1.5is sugarSo not to bad .it is strong flavour but tastes amazing in a frappe good value for money ,high quality product

Sickly sweet and nothing like cherries
Awful flavour and I threw it away, tasting nothing like cherries and overly sweet too, with artificial sweeteners on top of the sugar.
