Can you use on dollar tree mugs?

No. The mugs have to have a special sublimation coating, which Dollar Tree mugs don't have. I purchased some sublimation coated mugs on Amazon to use with the Infusible Ink.

Will this work on darker fabrics?

I've only used it on light colored fabric. The darker the fabric, the harder it will be to see the image.

What is infusible ink blanks

Blanks are the items used to sublimate on..ie t-shirts, mugs, notebooks.
