We were looking for a study table chair for our teenage son and came across this brand. We wanted to try this out and it fitted to our budget as well. The next day to the order, we got a "thank you" from Company and the lady explained clearly how the delivery will happen, how easy it is to assemble the chair. She also forwarded the assembly video over Whatsapp.On the date of the delivery, she sent a message stating the delivery will happen and we need to be at home/be ready.The delivery happened on the promised day. It took 15mns max to assemble the chair. The chair looks solid and beautiful as one can see from the picture here.I sent the pics over Whatsapp to Rose Design post assembly and I got a call immediately stating the assembly is perfect and she would be registering the Warranty on the product. She indicated that the chair is covered under warranty for a year and I could reach to them for any issues.Good job, Team Rose Design - Prompt action, prompt delivery and excellent customer service. We just assembled the chair and the usage has been minimum. Presuming the product is worth the money paid.

Not comfortable, feels ok for 1 or 2hrs but later u will feel uncomfortable. Also back shape is curved so it's doesn't align with ur back. There is support at west but no use of it, actually it won't support properly.

Real good product, never expected such an ekegant looking chair at such a low and competitive cost. Will buy a couple of chairs more. Support is also excellent, received telephonic suppport for assembly which very easy and smooth

Good Quality chair , simple and comfortable. Value for the money

Average quality chair makes a lot of noise when you sit and get off it, hard cushion so it gets uncomfortable to sit after sometime and there is zero back support.
