Great product

I have a black Franke sink. Fitted in January it was showing signs of discolouration that ordinary cleaning didn't touch so I bought this. Having spent money before on "miracle" cures I wasn't expecting a lot but actually this works. It's not miraculous but it is a lot, lot better than it was and I am very pleased. 4 stars because it's early days but really impressed so far.

I have a black Franke tectonite sink that is almost impossible to clean. I have tried various products in the past all with no success. I have always avoided Franke's dedicated colored sink cleaner due to it's high cost. I paid £17 for this which is far too much. The main problem I have with my sink is the build-up of white limescale deposits all around the inside of the sink, it makes the sink look unsightly and dare I say it, a little cheap. It cost £300! The problem with these tectonite sinks is the material is a little porous, unlike an aluminium sink in which deposits just sit on the surface, deposits on a Franke sink seem to 'bed into the material' making it impossible to clean. Anyway, to cut a long story short, this Franke Kitchen Colored sink cleaner was useless, the white scale deposits are still there, I'm now at a loss how best to clean my sink. Oh, and this product does give off some unpleasant fumes when cleaning, so please open a window if you don't want to be overcome by its smell.

Cleans the draining board well but not the sink.Expensive for a sink cleaner that is not that great

This is a replacement of one I had when I had my kitchen fitted last year. Pleased with the cleaner

This is good to clean composite sinks.

Doesn’t work on Frankie black sinks. Left a lighter area on our sink
