I ordered 2 units of Bear Anatomy Hair Mask through Amazon. Out of the two, only one product arrived in a properly sealed and boxed condition. The second item was received without any outer box, appeared open and unsealed, which is not acceptable.This raises concerns about product safety and hygiene. I tried initiating a return, but the system is not allowing me to return the defective item.I kindly request you to either:1. Arrange a return and refund/replacement for the unboxed product, or2. Raise an investigation and resolve this issue at the earliest.I have also kept photos of the received product for your reference and can share them if needed.
