Had the bag for over a month now. Brought it to fit my 16" MacBook, it can easily fit a17" laptop.The padding is good, however when extended you will lose the padding for your lower back, this was fine for me as I had clothes that padded it out.You can fit a lot in which is handy if you are going on short trips for a few days.The bag is very sturdy with plenty of compartments and fine in light rain. Haven't has the opportunity to see how it holds up in heavier rain.Overall the bag is very comfortable on your shoulders and back and I'm very pleased with it.

Ordered this for a new laptop as my old bag was leaving marks on the old laptop. This arrived and fits the 14" laptop well in the laptop pocket & it has several inner pockets for the power supply and various other things I carry around.The expandable compartment is great as it allows me to collect bits on the way home while reducing space when not needed and stopping things moving around too much

The straps are not long enough for an adult male, so you might have to extend them to their fullest.It has two compartments, one for a laptop and papers, one for keys, pens and smaller items.I use it in the compact format, but the fact that it can be extended comes in very handy when I need that extra space.I usually pack a 15in MacBook, a pair of headphones and an umbrella + some smaller items. They fit perfectly.

Really good quality bag. The bag is the perfect size for laptops and a few books which stops me from overloading it and doing my back in. It does have a zipper that allows you to resize the bag to fit bigger stuff which is handy when needed. Backs a snug fit on the back. Overall can't complain.
