The media could not be loaded. We like it! I was really surprised how realistic it looks! My husband said it was easy to set up. Lots of color options but we prefer the natural look. The heater works great too so far.

The media could not be loaded. Great product! Quality and style! Very happy with end result.. kinda hard to set up on wall but once you got it worked great! Very easy to assemble the beads and sticks. Has different heat levels, colors and even a timer! Very happy!

The fireplace is just what we wanted for a little supplemental heat and ambiance. The heat output is pretty standard (about as much as a blow dryer) for plug in models. The fan is relatively quiet. The remote does have a rather loud beep and has to be pointed directly at the unit, but works as expected. The install was straight forward but the bottom edge has no flange (designed for tabletop) so you need to be exact on measuring.The only thing I think I would wish this unit had was the ability to adjust the flame brightness. It is plenty bright enough without being obnoxious, but it might be nice to turn it down. Compared to other models I research I think this was the best choice at this price point and even pricier models since the colors have more options and a temperature setting.

Customer service is really great if you have any issues and the fireplace looks beautiful with lots of great features. However we just received the heater two days ago and it turns off randomly with code 8.8.6 on the screen. I’m hoping we just got a bad one by dumb luck but overall the item looks great. Just make sure you test it out a lot when you first get it- just in case !

I purchased an entertainment center from a local furniture store about a year ago. I had the option to purchase it with a fireplace insert, but I didn't like the look of it, so I just bought the entertainment center by itself. I searched for another fireplace insert and found this one by Kentsky. I've had it for over year now and it still looks and works great. I love the multi color options. It was super easy to install too. I would highly recommend this brand.

This is a pile of junk. I tried to return it to Amazon, but it’s outside the return window. I paid to have it installed and in order to send it back I have to go buy a big box and pay somebody to come out and remove it for me because I am not strong enough to lift it. I am thoroughly disgusted that Amazon even has this product for sale. This product lasted about six weeks now it runs for two minutes and then turns off do not waste your money buying this piece of junk..

The media could not be loaded. I really love this faux fireplace. It adds ambience to my space and the heat that it puts off is quite nice. I love how customizable it is! You can change the color of both the crystals and the flames. Want orange crystals and green flames for Halloween? No problem! Red flames and green crystals for Christmas? They've got you!My only complaint is how loud it beeps when you change any setting and it beeps whether you use the remote or the buttons directly on the unit. So if I want to cycle through the several colors, it's just gonna loudly beep over and over until I pick one. Not a big issue and not worth removing a star. But if you have a bird, they may squawk when they hear it, lol.

Love the look, the heat, and very surprised by the quality. Only thing is I wished there was a feature for the remote control to be muted cause the beeping when you change settings is really loud. Other than that, I am very happy with this purchase.
