Great product, worked great for my seedlings

This review is for the 6-pack of "SpeePlant T8 LED Grow Light Strips, 1FT".I bought these because I needed some lights that are less powerful than the others I have set up in my wire shelving setup. The sphagnum moss and succulent props have been doing great under these lights. I looked through a lot of other listings for this type of light - LED strip lights that can be daisy-chained, put out decent PPFD at 6 to 12 inches, and have reflectors. There may have been some that I didn't see, but I think this 6-pack was the best deal I saw. It includes daisy-chain cables, power connectors, and reflectors. Nice!The lights work well. I have three of them velcroed to the underside of a 18"x24" wire shelf. The PPFD measurements in the Photone app on Android show between 200 and 300 PPFD at just under 6 inches away, depending on where I'm checking. The fluctuation is due to about a 4-inch space between each of the lights, so the coverage is not uniform.In order to velcro them into place under the shelf, with the reflectors attached, I had to velcro around the plastic caps and the ends of the lights. It was a bit tedious, but they are solidly in place now. This is a nifty setup for plants that are not expecting to get full sunlight, but still need some decent lighting.The reflectors work fine and do help, and I'm glad they were included. Attaching them is simple, though getting the pins to line up and actually work properly can be a little tricky. They don't really lock into place, so if you happen to bump a light or a reflector, the reflector may need to be nudged back into the desired position.Daisy-chaining works great. The cables needed for it are included. I have all three of the lights I'm using chained to one power cable. No problems with this arrangement so far.I saw mention in another review that these lights do not work with a timer or outlet switch. I've found that not to be the case. I have mine connected to a power strip which is connected to an outlet timer. These LED lights come on and turn off on the timer schedule. Perhaps this is an improvement that was made recently.I've had these for about a month and so far there have been no problems. Hopefully they last a long time.

Would, and have, reordered. Easy to hang up, plants are happy.

Each module is 10 watts each. This IMO is the best all around wattage for my house plants at the distancei keep them.I mostly house philodendrons, hoyas, monsteras, scindapsus, pothos, alocasia, syngoniums, cattleya and phalaenopsis orchids. Everything grows extremely well with these Barrina leds.I mounted them on these common wooden plant stands sold here on Amazon (see pictures). Kind of tricky to mount with the zip ties.I found the best light spread is when I mounted them without the reflectors.Plan and think ahead when you wire it up. You wire all on one circuit or install multiple circuits. The kit comes with plenty of wire connectors. I prefer to string all lights in one circuit to save on outlet plugs. You can run out quickly if you string multiple circuits.All around excellent LED lights.

Good price, they may be small but they are very bright and the color of white is nice. They were very easy to install. They don’t have a timer function, just an on/off switch, which I prefer. I always find grow lights with built in timers to be glitchy and annoying and don’t always have a preset time that I want. I much prefer on/off switches like this light, as I can connect it to my own smart plugs and set custom timers on my phone, and control the on/off from my phone even when away from home. I switched all my plant lights to smart plugs and it has been amazing.I just started using them so I can’t say how my plants like them yet. I’m using them for the pothos growing behind my bed though, and pothos grow with just about any light so I’m sure they’ll be happy with these!

SpeePlant provided absolutely everything one would need to set these up in any way you want. If I had one constructive criticism I would suggest better instructions for reflectors but most of it was pretty self-explanatory. I set mine up one way and decided they would be better a different way and was thrilled to see this company had provided everything I would need. The price was right and allowed me to get my plan under way immediately. All is working well and I am thrilled with my purchase. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again.

Don't put the fins on, or you will wind up scraping or cutting your hands when you tend your plants. Also, they don't stay in position- so just leave them off.
