Q: How long does the luminescent powder need to be exposed to light？And how to make it brighter?

Thank you for your question, Ceya luminous fluorescent powder is high quality, after full exposure to UV light or sunlight for 20-30 minutes, it can shine in the dark for a long time and can be reused. Here are some tips hope could help you. (1) Use a light color as a background for best results. (2) The more powder or higher the percentage used, the brighter and longer the glow will last. (3) The longer exposed to UV light or sunlight, the brighter and longer the glow will last. (4) Don't grind the glow powder, it will destroy the crystal structure and therefore decrease luminosity.

Q: Hello, What kind of paint to use with the powder?

We use it in resin. But you should be able to use it with any water base paint.

Q: Will this work to make glowing candles?

Yes, just mix it the hot wax , I say about 1 scoop per every liter of wax

Q: Can you mix it with concrete before pouring a walkway?

Well, you CAN mix with concrete, BUT I don't think you'll get the result you looking for. Light will not penetrate concrete more than a few 1/100th's of an inch. If you're looking for a gently glowing walkway, once you've poured the concrete and it's set up maybe mixing the powder with a clear concrete sealer will give you the result you're looking for. I'd try NO MORE than a small jar of powder mixed with enough sealer for about 10 square feet as a test. If it produces the outcome you want - WINNER! Remember mixing with concrete will NOT do want you want ... testing mixes with a sealer has a good chance. I personally HAVE NOT tried this BUT the powder and a CLEAR sealer has a good shot at giving you a glowing patch of concrete!!
