I have been using it, just going into my 3rd week, I am so happy I've already ordered another jar and still have some left. It does get hot but not for a long time (which does not mean, it's not working). It might make you itch a little, just a rub is enough, smells like a methol but the smell does not linger and not greasy at all, absorbs well into the body. I have not worked out and sort of watching what I eat and drink. I know for a fact if I was working out and dieting it would work even better. I have been using it for my fupa, LADIES IT WORKS!! I have noticed the fupa shrinking and I could not be happier!!!! I use about the amount of a large grape, rub/massage it onto my fupa and abdominal area in circular motions counter clock wise going downwards. REMEMBER, everyons body reacts differently to products so just try it for yourself!! IT WORKS!!!

I feel this makes a difference in the way i sweat whiling exercising. easy to apply and has a minty feel to it like bengay or icy hot. I think it works great and the texture isn’t too thick. It smells great and isn’t sticky at all

This product does what it says. When putting it on, after showering, you start to feel the heat within minutes. Other times it takes about 5-10 minutes.It may feel like a burning sensation depending how much you apply to an area so I suggest using small amounts on skin at first get a feel of it. Also it has lead to itching after several hours so be sure to wipe it before reapplying.

I did not like this product at all. It burns so much that it feels like being close to a fire. This is very uncomfortable and makes me concerned about what's happening with my skin. I shower right after my workouts, and when I use this product, it reacts with water, causing pain and an unsettling sensation. Please do yourself a favor and just buy Sweet Sweat, which is a much better product.

I’ve bought this a few times over the years. It’s never toned my abs. Till this day it’s never done anything to help my muscles however I like how it feels and it definitely helps with sweating so if you are doing a cleanse or detox (like I do) I’d highly recommend it. Sitting in the sauna you will come out dripping.
