I really liked the taste and texture until I started using the vegan ones and then I found these to be more chewy than I liked. I also can’t tell if either are helping me. I’ve been using the 2 for about 6 months. I think they’re a tad expensive when I can’t feel a difference.

I love the way these taste. I get grossed out by most gummy vitamins but I really like these! In terms of how it makes me feel- I guess good! My blood test said I wasn't deficient on anything!

Received bad gummies! On the right is what the gummies should look like, on the left is what I received. The color is completely different, the texture was off, there was a weird yellow crystallized coating and the flavor was also not the same.I reached out to Mary Ruth’s customer service and they tried to say I ordered from an unauthorized seller and may have received a counterfeit item yet this item is straight from the Mary Ruth’s Amazon storefront. Beware!
