Q: Is there something I’m doing wrong with the noise cancelling because my colleagues can hear noises from the other side of the house loud and clear?

I bought mine in April 2022, noise cancelling worked great till the end of August 2022 and it stopped working.. tried removing from computer and reconnecting.. but still doesn't work... just pitiful

Q: Can you connect this to a computer with a usb and connect a cell phone via bluetooth?

If you want to pair with two devices at the same time, you can only connect via Bluetooth. If you connect to your computer via USB adapter, you can not connect with other device via Bluetooth at the same time. Sorry for the inconvenience

Q: Will it work with Cisco land line?

Only if the computer is connected using the dongle that came with to make it hands free

Q: I have a viop system, will this work to answer my phone and also use to talk on teams or just listen to videos?

It will do all of them. I use mine for teams, listen to music and answer the phone.
