I used it for making bread and buns. Serves the purpose.

This is a blessing when handling sticky high-hydration doughs. Seriously.I use this along with a silicone mat and it becomes so much more easier to handle sticky dough as it just slides over the mat when you push it with this scraper.However, even though it is plastic, it is not very flexible. You can bend it slightly to scrape a bowl, but not a lot. It is still fairly hard which makes it durable and strong enough so that it won't get bent by the dough.You can also use it to decorate cakes by scraping off excess icing/cream and creating a clean layer.
