I had a recipe that required these.The quality is great and it tastes good making a real difference to my cooking.The size of the satchets is a bit annoying due to the recipes requiring less than a whole one which seems a bit wasteful.

Great Dashi Powder
I love this stuff. I use two small packets in 1.5L of water to make great dashi. From there, I use 100gm dry udon noodles, a large head of broccoli cut into very small pieces and courgettes. Then mix in some garlic (3-4 cloves), ginger (later dorm finely ground), and miso (2 large tablespoons). Hevenly!

Honestly tastes absolutely disgusting. Not sure if it's meant to taste like fish guts and vomit, but if it is then it's perfect and emulates the taste perfectly.I'm giving it a 3/5 because maybe people want that taste!The sachets make it easy to use, and the directions make it clear how much you should use for the amount of water. But I opted for using much less. In fact, I opted for using none in my broth, because I'm not a fan of the flavour
