Q: Do I really have to cook these first? i bought two packages at Costco a while back, and ate them both cold out of fridge. Yum.

I have eaten these all my life & have never NOT cooked them. I find the easiest thing to do is put several into cook/steam with rice in a rice cooker.

Q: What is the serving size, and the protein, fat and carbs?

Q: Are they already fully cooked?

They cook fast. Just steam them or 5 mins or stick them in steamed rice when the rice is always ready in the pot.
