I got two of these cameras because I plan to go out on a trip soon and I have a pet cat. Since I’ll be out for a week, I wanted something to keep an eye on her while also communicating with her. One thing I love is how easy the set up was right out of the box and the quality of the camera is better than other products I have before! The HD picture quality is satisfying to me, the camera isn’t fuzzy, I love how it can rotate to get fuller view, and the storage capacity is pretty decent. I also love how the design of the camera looks! It’s so cute. 10/10 satisfied with my purchase !

Love this little camera! Fantastic value for the price. The picture quality is really great, even in night vision. It is sleek and unobtrusive. The set up was super easy and overall functionality has been a dream. Was surprised to find I could talk to my dog and hear sound on it as well!

I've had this for a few months now. I use it to keep an eye on cat litter box behavior (helicopter cat mom) and it's taken a bit to get the settings right. Set to motion only I missed a lot because it stops recording after 10ish seconds if the movement stops. The app took a little getting used to, which is probably user error. But the customer support is some of the most helpful and responsive I've encountered. They typically get back within 24 hours and will include screenshots, alternative suggestions, and other tips. They've been patient with me while I've figured out how to make the camera work for my needs.The camera itself is good quality. Good zoom and nighttime images. Easy peasy setup. The tracking is smooth, though I don't use it. And it works with 5ghz wifi! I landed on this particular camera because my previous wyze no longer functioned with upgraded internet, no matter what I tried. And for the price, I'd absolutely recommend giving it a try. Don't be afraid to reach out to support on the Vimtag application before you give up on it if at first you don't succeed. :)

This is the best camera to keep an eye on your loved ones with complete peace of mind. It’s very user-friendly, easy to install, and backed by excellent customer service if you ever need assistance. I would definitely purchase it again.

Live this camera and the features offered! It is absolutely convenient and has clear images and sound. I use mine to monitor my fur pup and it really gives me a sense of security knowing I can communicate with him whenever. I’ve been using this for the past year now and I highly recommend this especially at the price offered. Their customer support is amazing as well and responds quickly.

I'd like to say this camera is great but I'm disappointed. The camera itself is ok but there is some lag time. The worse part is the functionality. I hate that you can't just swipe your finger on your phone screen to move the camera side to side or up and down. You have to use the arrows on the screen and the lag time is horrible. By the time it starts moving you've gone to far one way or another. I thought his camera had this feature and when I reached out to customer service to ask about it, they took over 15 hours to respond back to me. At this point I'm Probaly going to return it.

The camera is great but for some reason disconnected and wouldn’t reconnect. I reached out to the vendor, there was a troubleshooting process, but they ended up sending a replacement. Great communication and wonderful customer service
