Q: Chassis hand twists says M3.5, but look like #6-32. which one are they?

Since they screw into a non-threaded sheet of metal (AKA the sheet metal panel on the side of your computer), it does not matter if they are M3.5 or #6-32. Either size will work.

Q: Does this brass contain lead?

Here is what I found when I looked it up on Amazon: Color: Metallic, Red, Brass & Black; Material: Chromium_Steel. It doesn't state rather the Brass coating contains LEAD. Brass can be an alloy of just Copper & Nickel. But that does not exclude Lead in the Brass coating as a possibility.

Q: Is the case and cover strong enough to not come off and continue to hold all the items inside of it?

I just took a look at the case, since you asked. I ordered two sets of computer hardware, one was a set of hardware from Glark, and then there was this one. The plastic for the case is kind of thin, but since I don't access it all that much, and it stays in my computer office and doesn't get moved much, I haven't had any problems with it. The case for the Glark hardware set is very sturdy.
