Why did you pick this product vs others?:I thought it would help me but it doesn't.

This spray has been part of my nightly routine for a couple of weeks now. I use a few sprays when I wake up in the middle of the night and it helps me fall back asleep without feeling groggy in the morning. The size is super convenient too.

Amazing product!!!! No side effects, no foggy brain syndrome in the morning!!!! A few sprays under the tongue 15 minutes before you turn in and the result is a good long nights sleep waking refreshed!!!!! It used this in advance of a red-eye flight to test its efficacy. It with seem to work. I laid in bed (usual bed time) with little or no difference.
