Q: Does item come with cover or is it one piece?

Its a cover that comes with it. You'll have yo let the pillow fluff for a day, then put the cover on it. Its easy and labelled and packaged nice though. Had mine for a few months now and absolutely love it

Q: Is this pullow worth it? I have a regular pregnancy pillow but think the shape of this one may be better

I just had my baby 2 months ago and I still use it. It prefer the shape versus a regular pillow. It's super comfortable and easy to wash the cover.

Q: Can the belly pillow be removed ?

Hi，there is a piece of velcro on the back of the belly pillow, it' not fixed to the c-shaped pillow, you can take it off anytime. thanks!

Q: Can I wash and dry the cover normally? What are the care when washing? Does the cover go to the dryer?

Yes, you can wash the cover normally.. we used very mild detergent liquid for washing this out
