Yes,sits on top of a dry ice pack or two depending on how much you purchase..very fresh!

It’s fermented. So, “going bad” whilst in the refrigerator of past due date means more fermented, unless eons past due date and fermented bacteria had nothing to feed on and died. By then it’d smell terrible and most likely have a crust of mold on it- like moldy fruit.

Q: Can someone explain how this can be a 6-24 day supply? Aren't there only 6 containers per case?

Because you need only a small amount of the probiotic a day. So a bottle last you for 4 to 5 days.

My Bio-K Plus was delivered today in the hot Florida weather with no refrigeration or ice pack. I was at the door to take delivery of a hot box of Bio-K Plus. I call Amazon Customer Service immediately. They refunded me. The Amazon shipping box had no markings to keep refrigerated. I recommend DO NOT PURCHASE BIO-K plus FROM AMAZON. Amazon does not purchase their Bio-K directly from Bio-K company.
