No it’s not. My bottle with just water spilled and the water leaked out through bag. Both inside and outside of the bag was soaked. Also the water stained the inside of the bag, left a water mark.

It can comfortably fit 3 but I’ve fit 5 snuggly. The zipper zips fine with 5.
