As one of the more affordable high frequency wands here, the product is just as great as the pricer ones.This comes with 4 neon attachments, one for larger areas, one shaped perfectly for pesky harder to reach areas such as under eyes and around the nostrils, one small bulb for precise spot treatments and one comb to help stimulate hair growth.Depending on what skincare treatments I'm doing the evening of using this, I either use rose oil just prior to using this or I wrap some gauze around the head of the larger attachment. When using the oil it definitely helps with gliding the tool over my skin, whereas the gauze tends to tug ever so slightly, but nothing uncomfortable.The instructions are pretty clear, but just in case, place your finger on the attachment after switching on, place attachment on face & remove finger. Place finger back on before removing from skin. Even if you forget, the "shock" really isn't that bad, just a little surprising lol. Start low & increase strength once you're used to using it.I emailed Kelly regarding separate attachments in case one broke or if I wanted to use argon instead & she has been nothing but amazing with correspondence, such a genuine & lovely person to deal with.

I found that the high frequency machine worked really well, unfortunately the wands fall out easily and the hair wand smashed. I reached out to Tumakou via their website messaging service to purchase a replacement but no one has replied. I have searched via internet to find an email address or customer service number but there are none listed. I only purchased the machine to stimulate hair growth so it is now useless to me unless I can obtain another wand.I am also a little concerned to find a warning on the GOV UK safety alert which says "Tumakou high frequency beauty machine is presenting a high risk of electric shock." However this was 22 December 2023 but the product description "A White glass high frequency beauty device in light blue cardboard packaging describes my unit which I purchased in November 2024 so I am also wanting confirmation that my unit is safe.

I am not sure if it helps with acne ( didn’t for me ), but it definitely works for wrinkles. Be careful with attachments , they made from glass and easily break if fell down.

Wish I knew about these earlier especially for hair growth. Since started using it, I noticed I don’t shed too much hair in the shower anymore. Hence I have been using it quite religiously every other day before putting on minoxidil. So when I accidentally broke the comb, I was really worried not being able to continue. Glad I reached out to the email address stated in the pamphlet that came with the tools and they have been very helpful.

I would give this product 5 stars if it wasn't for such a short life.This product transformed my skin for the better like nothing else, but after 5-6 months it suddenly stopped working. After reading reviews I noticed that it's a pattern and lots of users reported the same issue.I bought the purple light this time and found out that what gives the colour is actually the glass part and not the electrical so I can still use the old tools. I'm not sure how long it will last this time, but this product improved my skin texture and scar marks considerably. Really good while it works.

From delicate, low power for sensitive areas to more powerful settings for areas such as the forehead. It’s great value for money too.CONS: the attachments don’t lock into place so they can slip out whilst being used - especially the comb attachment. Make sure you’re sat on your bed or sofa when using it so that if it falls out, it lands on a soft surface and doesn’t break.
