Wood cap came broken which doesn’t allow to close the bottle completely so it’s loose.

Product itself is good but the package was damaged

SO BAD!First of all I ordered grey a d they sent me black instead.Second issue is the cap doesn't close, it leaks water, and worst of all if you hold it from the cap it will snap.

Liked the sturdiness of the glass, the color, and the easiness of cleaning. But the cap doesn't look of a high quality. The wood splitted after using it for 2 days. The cleaning stick that is added is not long enough to reach the bottom comfortably. Just glad it's not plastic.
