Does this pulley have a set screw

This is not not a one size fits all pulley. It appears to be a 5/8" pulley. Most commercial machines have 3/4" shafts. It has a keyed slot but is not drilled nor does it come with a set screw. Big misleading add. Does not specify bore.

I just bought a juki 1181 and its so fast i can barely control it...does this pulley go on my servo motor or the machine?

Put a smaller than existing on the motor to slow it down... or a larger pulley than existing on the machine... or both.

What pulley and belt is needed for a Juki ddl8700?

The one that fits. It is likely already installed.
