Good value for the price. It worked well. We used it on our dryer vent that goes from the wall up to the roof vent of our house (14 foot). We had plenty of the rods to reach that far. The tape in the kit isn't very durable. I would suggest using electrical tape instead. Although it was great the kit included everything you need. Unbelievable the lint & debris we removed from inside there. Highly recommend this kit. Much cheaper than hiring a company to clean it for you. DIY friendly.

The brush and extension rods worked very well and did the job. The shop vac attachments were very useful. The kit contained a variety of brushes, adapters, bags, and other items that I had no idea what they were intended for, and which were not addressed in the instructions, which I found to be vague and poorly written.In the cleaning process, you may have to connect/disconnect extension rods and the drill bit a number of times if you have a longer span. I have a long vent pipe with several twists and turns, requiring that I work it back and forth. The torque from the drill made the extensions and drill bit impossible to disconnect by hand; a pair of vice-grip pliers was required. This really tore up the drill bit adapter, so it would have been useful if two or more were included. Everything considered I would recommend this product.

After 12 years, figured it was time to clean the dryer vent. This kit did a great job! Everything anyone could need, including trash bags. Unlike reviews for some kits, these rods were perfect. Great balance between strength and flexibility. It seens they want you to remove the flex hose from the dryer, and connect up to Thst end of the flex hose. But, I wanted to connected direct to the main, so the adapter didn’t fit well. But, a bit of duct tape, and all was good. Our vent exits on the roof of a 2 story house, so it was hard to see how far to go. So, I connected the rods together, without the brush, and pushed in until it had a firm stop. Then I marker the rod for how far to go. Then disassembled, put in the brush, and scrubbed one rid at a time. I was amazed how much lint came out. And the brushes for cleaning out the dryer passage got a lot of gobs of lint out. Before I put everything together, I used a leaf blower to final blow out the dryer…all over the house, and blew out the main vent line.This kit was great, and I can’t think of anything Thst could be improved.

I rarely post a review, however I want to provide those individuals that may see the negative reviews with assurance that this is a great product for its intended purpose, provided that you follow the included instructions. 1. make sure if using the drill that it runs clockwise. 2. Use the included tape to secure each extension. Lastly, not included in the directions, I utilized Teflon tape at the brush end threads adding increased security assuring that the head would not separate while in the vent pipe. After completing the cleaning the dryer vent pipe was as clean as it had been when the home was new. In conclusion, I am very happy with this purchase, great value, good quality, and completes the task that it was purchased for.

The kit included everything you need to clean the dryer vent and then some. The instructions were excellent and easy to use. It did a great job of cleaning out the vent. I highly recommend this product! It is a great deal!

This was great! We have had troubles with our dryer for awhile. I do believe this saved us from burning our house down. There was so much lint compacted in the line the dryer was having to work extra hard. Our dryer now works just as advertised! Well worth the cost many times over!
