This was very simple to set up and use. It's quick to boot up and get going. I bought it for an online course which needed a certain spec machine, and this one exceeded the specs for a much better price than a brand new one of lower spec.It's in very good, clean condition. The battery charges quickly and holds it's charge really well, even when I've been doing my coursework for hours. It's not too heavy or bulky. It was very well packaged.Overall I am very happy with this laptop!

When this computer came, the battery life was very poor. I ordered a new battery, which was sent. But upon opening the back, there was only ONE battery in the device, which requires two separate batteries!Whomever 'refurbished' the unit neglected to even install the second battery!! I went through customer service, and a second battery was sent...but it was the incorrect one. Amazon provided a partial refund so I could order the proper one myself. I did and when it was installed, the screws that were meant to hold this battery in place weren't there. When the computer was more closely inspected, it became obvious that those were not the only screws missing. Now, with two new batteries in place, they are still not holding a charge. Obviously, the device has a short somewhere that is draining the batteries. This device was 'inspected by Amazon' and came with paperwork to indicate that everything was fine. It is not. It can't be used unless it is plugged in, because it dies within 35 - 40 minutes. Useless!

I bought this laptop in July last year and wanted to wait a bit before posting a review.Firstly, when I received the laptop, I couldn't believe it was refurbished; it looked brand new!It has worked flawlessly ever since and battery life is ample.I recently tried to use the HDMI port and found it wasn't working and contacted Amazon. I got an immediate call back from Amazon who put me in touch with Loop8. I got a reply within the hour and my issue was a simple Graphics driver update that windows had somehow managed to delete!With a new driver installed, the HDMI port is working fine.I had already recommended this company to a friend who was also looking for a laptop and was very impressed with mine. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company and it's support to anyone looking to refurbished laptop.

Firstly 5 stars to the seller, great condition, clear instructions although the giant box was a bit worrying on arrival but I imagine that was Amazon dispatch. The laptop itself was well packed inside a giant outer box.I bought this for my Dad for doing his rugby reports etc after I finally pried his old desktop from him refusing to fix it any more lol.I have used this model of Levono for years and this laptop wasn't far off the spec of my original one bought in 2017 for €1700. My Dad is absolutely delighted. The spec didn't allow an upgrade to Win 11 but Win 10 is absolutely fine for him plus he can bring it with him when he visits to ask questions vs I don't know what I did in a text but it's not working. Love him to bits and was absolutely delighted to see how much he loves this.Lenovo Thinkpads in particular are great buys refurbished as they are very much corporate office laptops which I'm guessing get replaced every 3 years as they would be written off after that as an expense so always in great condition. I've got others for friends in the past, all great buys for the money.Thanks a mil. Definitely recommend.

excellent product and superb service

Amazing laptop! i bought this mainly for light gaming (tf2 etc) and social media, and just daily driver stuff, and it has held up really well! its moderately fast on opera gx so itl be fine if you are just looking for a "netbook" the sound is crisp, and clean, its easy to use only issue i have had is the Ram (memory) its perfectly fine for google and whatnot, but im personaly going to upgrade to 16 gb.It did arrive a few days late, but thats mainly due to DPD being slowEDIT: Bios locked. Did not say in description. lowered review to 3 stars.
